We provide on-site services that prevent musculoskeletal (soft tissue) injuries and enhance human performance for our clients.
Our service offering is built on over two decades of providing services and thousands of hours on the shop floor developing a world class methodology. We deploy and maintain our process through an on-site injury prevention specialist that makes weekly visits to client facilities.
That’s it. That’s all we do. We don’t do “flash in the pan” training sessions. We don’t do one-time projects. We engage in deep partnerships with our clients and make weekly visits to ensure the success of the prevention process and build a long-lasting culture of safety and wellness. That’s all we do, and we do it extremely well.

Does Ergonomics Plus provide ergonomics training?
Yes, we provide ergonomics training, but only as part of our on-site service delivery model. When you partner with Ergonomics Plus, we will provide you with a dedicated injury prevention specialist who will make weekly visits to your facility to implement our comprehensive prevention process.
Why?
Because over the years we’ve learned that a comprehensive process gets the best results in the long run. A one-time ergonomics training session or a “flash in the pan” education model is not what we do. We partner with our clients for the long run and we’ll be there week in and week out to make sure you’re getting results. This weekly dedication is what produces long-term results.

Does Ergonomics Plus provide ergonomic assessments?

Conducting ergonomic assessments is a good first step, but ultimately the goal is to make continuous improvements to the workplace through a systematic process. It’s not about assessments — it’s about improvements. That’s what we help our clients do. We help them execute a sustainable and cost-effective ergonomics process in the long run.
In addition to ergonomics, our injury prevention specialist will coach and train your “workplace athletes” to use proper body mechanics and good work practices. They will also respond to early reports of fatigue and discomfort in order to identify root causes and put control measures in place to prevent the injury from occurring.

What is the cost of Ergonomics Plus services?
Of course, the answer to this question is “it depends”. (You had to see that one coming!)
It depends on your specific needs. Your business is unique, your culture is unique and your people are unique. And that’s how we’ll treat you —- you’ll get a customized version of our process and a dedicated injury prevention specialist to help you implement it. The injury prevention specialist will make weekly visits to your facility. Charges for our services are $90 / hour, so the total cost will depend on the service-level needed to effectively implement a prevention process tailored just for you.
For example, a service-level of 10 hours per week at $90 / hour would require a weekly budget of $900.
We’re not the cheapest and we’re not trying to be. And our clients say it’s worth it. In fact, every once in a while we have a client tell us we should be charging more.
