Custom Ergonomics Program
We’ll develop a custom-tailored, written ergonomics program to help you achieve your goals. Your written program will include your vision and mission, goals and metrics, standards and guidance documents, and team roles and responsibilities.
Online Training Modules
After we’ve created your custom ergonomics program, you and your team will go through the online training modules inside ErgoPlus Industrial, our cloud-based software. The training and comprehension checks ensure your team has the foundational knowledge in place for the next step, which is the two-day launch event.
Onsite Skills Development
During the two-day launch event, you and your team will work side-by-side with an ErgoPlus Injury Prevention Specialist for practical, hands-on application and skills training. This helps your team gain the confidence and skillset required to carry out the ergonomics process moving forward. You and your team will gain the skills you need to assess your jobs for risk, prioritize improvement opportunities, plan improvement projects, verify risk reduction once improvements are made, and track the key metrics of your ergonomics process.
Cloud-Based Software
All of the activities of the ergonomics process are managed inside ErgoPlus Industrial. The software functions as your team’s Ergonomics Operating System, which make ergonomics management easy and intuitive. The system will guide your team through the entire process of making workplace improvements which will make the process much easier for your team to manage which will make your process more sustainable over the long term as ergonomics team members come and go.
Improvement Process Follow-Up
Once the launch event is over, your workplace improvement process is just beginning. We’ll schedule regular follow-ups as your team is getting into the regular cadence of the continuous improvement process. This will ensure you have an expert available to you as you’re just getting started.
