ErgoPlus makes software and delivers services that help workplace athletes live better lives. Safety teams use our software and services to implement a comprehensive musculoskeletal disorder (MSD) prevention process. ErgoPlus cares about the security and privacy of the personal data that is entrusted to us.
This policy describes the personal data that we collect, how we use and share it, your rights and choices, and how you can contact us about our privacy practices. We respect your data and everything we collect is used exclusively to provide you with the best service possible.
ErgoPlus (“ErgoPlus”, “we”, “our” or “us”) provides services including this website, located at https://ergo-plus.com (“Site”), and all related websites, subdomains, applications, and other services provided by us (collectively “Services”).

ErgoPlus obtains personal data about you from various sources. “You” may be a visitor to one of our Sites (“Visitor”) or a user of one or more of our Services (“User or ErgoPlus User”).

A. Personal Data We Collect About You
- When you sign up for ErgoPlus Industrial, we collect your email address and account login credentials.
- When you pay for ErgoPlus Industrial, everything is handled by our payment processor, Stripe. Through Stripe, we can see records of your payments and the last four digits and expiration date of credit cards.
- When you fill out the contact form on our website, we ask for your name, contact information, the company you work for, and any other information you would like to provide about your interest in our Services.
- When you contact support or respond to ErgoPlus emails or surveys, we collect your email address and any other information you choose to include in the body of your email. If you contact us by phone, we will collect the phone number as well as any other information you provide during the call.
- You may also choose to submit information to us via other methods, including:
- in response to marketing or other communications
- through social media
- through participation in an offer, program, or promotion
- in connection with an actual or potential business relationship with us
- by giving us your business card or contact details in connection with trade shows or other events.

A – Opting Out of Communications
If you decide at any time that you no longer wish to receive marketing-related email communications from us, please click the unsubscribe link located at the bottom of such emails. This Site is operated in the United States.
